The West Park Hooley and Beer Fest at the IX Center are both this weekend, Flip Side Burger is opening a second location on the East Bank of the Flats, Dike 14 is opening as a nature preserve, and Cedar Point’s latest ride is delayed until at least Memorial Day weekend.
